Greetings,

I need help with the following error message while creating a ticket in the customer interface:

You don't have sufficient permissions for ticket creation in default queue.

The group for the default queue is already inserted in the customer CustomerGroupAlwaysGroups.

Is there something else I should check or that I am missing?

Please show the error in the log after you set system configuration MinimumLogLevel to debug.

Problem solved.
I had an ACL blocking ticket creation to the default queue.
