I'm having some issues with fetching emails. We have OAuth2 token configured and OTRS is sending emails, but when it tries to fetch, it returns the error

Hello everyone
I'm having some issues with fetching emails. We have OAuth2 token configured and OTRS is sending emails, but when it tries to fetch, it returns the error
I'm using otrs 6.4 currently. Is this some kind of permissions that might be missing from the Azure Application?
