For some reason, agent ticket notifications for queue operations are no longer being sent out. Everything was fine up to a week ago when notifications suddenly just stopped. I have tried to restart the daemon and have even restarted the server itself, but neither has worked.
The system logs and communication logs don't reveal any problems. All other mail operations are working fine, it's just the agent notifications that randomly stopped working.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Agent Ticket Notifications Not Being Sent
Hi,
The first thing to check is if the expected notifications are listed in the ticket history. If they are, then it might be a sending issue. If not. my first guess would be to check the notifications itself and if the agent's have subscribed the queues.
