I would like to make it so that when I set a ticket as "Pending" and set the date and time, I get a notification at the correct time and only once, and after I set the ticket as "Pending" again I get another notification again at the set time only.
When I set up a custom reminder in Ticket Notification Management with Event "NotificationPendingReminder" and Ticket filter State: Pending Reminder, my notification email came every 10 minutes. I have "Sysconfig -> TicketPendingCheck" set to */10 * * * *.
