Hello!
Can I configure a ticket notification to only be sent when a specific word is contained in the tickets.
For example, for all incoming tickets that contain the word "Warning", the system sends an email notification to all agents in the queue.

Hello,
You can configure a Postmaster filter to set a dynamic field if your incoming email subject or description as a word 'Warning'. Use the same dynamic field as criteria to send notification.
