Error retrieving messages 'IMAPS': Could not select

Znuny 6.5.2

This just started happening. Nobody made any changes. Any insight would be helpful. Errors like this make it difficult to justify running our own ticketing system.

This mail account functions fine through Exchange, and the tokens seem to working and updating fine. Below is as much information as I can think of to give. Another mail account on the system is working fine.

Hello Neil,

"2 BAD User is authenticated but not connected." indicates that something changed on the O365 side. Often permissions. There are several entries in to MS TechNet for this error. Related and also possible: the user who retrieved the token requires to have and keep permissions for the mailbox.

Someone had changed the domain on the username in AD and that is what caused the problem.
