How add observer form open ticket customer

Using the OTRS system in the Call opening form of the customer interface, I need to add a 2nd customer to follow a call opened by me. How do I do that? This is useful, because in the absence of the ticket requester, another client can monitor the execution of the open ticket.

The 2nd customer should have same customer id (company) as 1st customer.

The 2nd customer will be able to view the ticket at customer portal > Company tickets
