SendAsDeniedException

I have Znuny 6.4 and after the upgrade to this version the connection with Oauth2 to Exchange has been lost and recreated, but now I have this error:

Could not send message to server: ****** SendAsDenied; ***** not allowed to send as ******; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied;

Basically the main user cannot use SMTP to send messages as "sendas" for the other queues.

I tried to give rights in Exchange to the main user "send As permissions" or "send on behalf of" but notthing happens.

Hi,

This error is not related to Znuny. You have to check this with Exchange/Exchange Online. Znuny uses only SMTP with authentication. Make sure the user who authenticates has all required permissions.
