After upgrading from version 6.5 to 7.0.15, we encountered the following problem:
Our users are unable to sort tickets by owner; they only see themselves in the overview for selection. However, when I log in as an admin, I can choose any user. The users have the necessary read and write permissions on the queues where they are attempting to use the filter. I'm currently unsure of the next steps to take, as we rely on this filter functionality.

I can't see the issue. I would delete caches and rebuild the indexes. You can also provide more information to where the filter is not working and maybe a screenshot.

I have found a workaround, but I'm not really satisfied with it. If I remove all my queues under notification settings, the owner filter works without any issues. However, when I add a queue there, I only see the owners of tickets that are available. I cannot filter by the owners of all tickets in this queue.
You got any idea why this happens ?
