Hello,
we use Znuny 6.5. One of our customer has asked if it is possible to send all outgoing mails for a certain queue from our Znuny-system to a defined external mailaddress as cc (e.g. all outgoing mails (auto-replies and agent-replies) from the queue "testqueue" should also be sent as cc to "ticketsystem@customer.com"). Is this possible?

No, there is no configuration for this in the ticket system. But you could utilize a local MTA to do so. Don't know if it's possible in your environment.

it would be possible with custom coding.
But maybe you shall explain the requirement behind it.
Using CCs with a service management tool sounds like doing the service management ass backwards (not ment to be rude, but did not find better translations...)

I would use Notifications. Maybe it won't be a pretty but it should work.

thanks for the answers. At the moment we don't need it after all. If it should become topical again, i will try it via notifications.
