Hi again,
When replying a ticket, it comes :
(1) Salutation
(2) Next to a thick blue vertical line, a reminder of initial email "Sandy wrote ..." + 5 lines of email sent by customer
(3) Response text
(4) Signature
I am not happy with (2).
I would like to :
either : NOT show it
or : put it at the end, after the signature.
Is there somewhere I can arrange that ?
