I upgraded OTRS from 2.3.3 to 2.4.7 and now I am facing a problem with view of locked tickets, seems there is an error with HTML/CSS only, tickets are showing like a cascade/piramid, please find attached image.
Does anyone have an idea? Please let me know, this OTRS works in production environment, so it's quite critical for me )
