HTTP error 404 reset password token

Im having some issues getting users and admins being able to use the forgotten password link on the login pages. The users can successfully receive the email with the token to there email address however once they click on the link we get the page cannot be displayed error 404. We can access the customer and admin portal with no issues only this problem.

I had this problem and I remember that I had to edit the FQDN setting in SysConfig:Core
