FAQ Text in AgentComposeTicket

When composing tickets, I have link named "FAQ" that takes me to the FAQ and it opens in a new window. I'd like the change the actual text "FAQ" to something else. Can someone point me in the right direction?

By far the best method to do this is to use a custom translation file, see: http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.4/en/ht ... ation-file

This way, if you do any upgrades to the FAQ package, your translations will still be in place.
