Change OTRS default font

Hi everyone,

I wanna know how can i change the default fond when I compose an answer. I wanna change it to Arial...

Create a new theme and edit the agent.css. Font of the message is set at /* message */

I think it should be possible to change the font in the Admin -- Sysconfig!

Framework -> Core::Web
-----> Frontend::RichText::DefaultCSS
OTRS: 2.4.9 + ITSM 2.1.1 + CiCS 3.3.5
SLES 11
MySQL-Version: 5.1.49
