How do you set up Fetchmail?

Hi everyone

I am at the stage where I need to configure fetchmail to retrieve incoming emails on my Windows 7 PC. This page contains a link labelled 'fetchmail': http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1590.h ... iving-pop3. However, whenever I click on the hypertext link, it displays that the server does not contain the page. I am completely stuck as I have never configured this sort of service before. Please send me how-to to configure fetchmail on a Windows platform.
