Hi everyone
I have successfully installed and implemented the latest version of OTRS on my home Windows 7 PC. Now I need to do the same on several helpdesk PCs at work so that my colleagues and I can work on the same queires from an Exchange Server account. I have been studying Online Documentation, but it is big and I still have not been able to find the how-to for this sort of scenario. Can you share your email and phone tickets with your collegues on different PCs? If you could direct me to a relevant section, please or else please tell me how you have installed OTRS Agent-Interface on different PCs at work to share the same queries from your clients.

OTRS is a webbased application. So it needs to be installed on a server and you can access the installation via webbrowser from different clients
