How to download postmaster email account automatically?

I'm trying with crontab but it does'nt work. I want to download email messages every 5 minutes automatically. Is it possible?
OS: CentoOS

What have you tried?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
