OTRS customer sync

Hi,

On my local network, i've my CRM MySQL database, and onto a "webserver" i've my ORTS.
I'd like to update ORTS customers database with my local CRM MySQL database.

It'll be difficult for me to directly write to ORTS database (due to secured database access). Can i do it with SOAP for example ? Or maybe with another way ?

You might check out the Customer user backend information and change up Config.pm with your information from the CRM db. It shouldn't be too hard.
