Not sure if I'm just missing something simple here.

We need to have a record of who worked on which tickets and how long the ticket was worked on a by a user.
We also need to be able to view tickets opened/closed in the past.
Seeing as OTRS pulls the email from the Postmaster account without leaving a copy, is there an option for ticket archiving or something similar?
We are currently running OTRS 2.4.7 on a Windows Server 2003 box.
Our final implementation will be running on A Unix machine so we could use the Procmail feature.
