I want to send the auto response notifications to a external email address. At the moment the system does generate a auto response but it only appears in the customers account in otrs. I want the email to be sent to the customers email where he can read it. Thus he downloads the email lets say with Outlook and read it there. At the moment the customer can send a email from outlook to otrs and I receive it in otrs.
So I want the email auto response to be sent to the customers email that he can read it.
Hope I explained it correctly.
This is what is in my system log:
Sent auto response (SendAutoReply) for Ticket [2010061110000083] (TicketID=64, ArticleID=155) to 'John Doe <johndoe@mailserver.com>'.

You have to configure Framework::Core::Sendmail section of SysConfig.
OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM 2.0.3. running on Linux Fedora 12
