Hi,
I'm looking to see if we can find a way to show full subject title and full body details when a ticket is replied back to client. We usually get a subject heading on replied mail that seems concatenated like this:
[Ticket#2010061710000036] New ticket notification! (Returned mail: see [...])
We wouuld like to find a way to expand [...] . So to know complete subject title. where do we configure that?
Second is there an option where we can expand the full thread on email without having the <snip>? In that case we don't have to go to ticket URL to look into details.
