My question involves the proper use of the Response Type options.
We want the customer to be notified when a ticket is moved from one queue to another, much like the auto-reply when a new ticket is created.
I looked at Customer Move Notify option but I'm afraid if I set that up, the same notification will be sent to any ticket moved to any queue for which I've turned that feature to On/Yes.
In my case I need a specific message sent to the customer when their ticket is moved to a specific queue. I'm assuming that is configurable with the Response type option.
