Installing packages

hi, I'm running OTRS for Windows version 2.4.7.

I'd like to install the following two enhancements:

It states to install them as "OPM packages".

Whilst I know about the package install utility, how exactly do I get the code in these links into an installable package?

Do I save the code as a text file with a particular extension and then use the utility to install it?

Your assistance will be very much appreciated.

I think you answered your own question. Ideally, files with the extension of .opm are available on your local computer, and then you would use the Admin, Package Manager, [choose file] ... [Install] ...
