separating default customer.pl into 3 pages

I want to make my default customer.pl theme separated in 3 pages. Like "Lost password", "Create Account" , and "Log in" into 3 different pages. Well, like common website did with their own login page. (Basically, most of them had "Login" table with "sign in" and "lost password" links above the 'Login' button.)
I already made the link for "sign in" and "lost password" pages but I can't make them connect with my customer index page.
Please help me solving this problem.
