hi all?
on my dashboard on the pending list i can only see tickets that are locked and owned by me. i want the list to have all the tickets on pending including those owned by others and unlocked. i don't know where this filtering is done.
any help greatly appreciated.

i also have noted that the total() on the pending is underlined. on the other states list the total() is not underlined and they are working well. on the pending list the total() shows correct number of tickets in this state but doesn't list all of them.

Click All and/or "My Queues"? and there are additional pages...
