Mail notification when Escalating tickets

Hi all again,

One more question if you please.

How can i configure mail notification when a ticket escalates due to SLA expire?
is it possible to set a recipient ou CC?

Evaluation/pilot: OTRS 2.4.7 on Linux (CentOS 5.4) with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.

Thanks for you help but i'm lost in translation... :?

I wish for a samewhat simpler explanation... for instance... if I escalate a ticket what's the adventadge? is someone notified?
shouldn't it have an alarme bell warning someone to watch out?
