Hi, I installed the OTRS on my server, but the mail account does not update automatically. I need to go in PostMaster Mail Account menu and click in Execute right now (or now run, my system is in portuguese).

I want email update automatically per minutes. Anybody help me?!

Please check if the cronjobs are running
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Yes it´s running. I send email to the otrs system but it doesn´t update the new tickets and I don´t receive the notification that a new ticket is open.

I was looking in wrong place. Now been correctly. The system is updating each minute.

Ok I'm brand new to this and I to am having the same problem. I've everything pretty much configured but tickets don't automate. Is there a way to configure the crons without having to manipulate the code. Ie. the Admin area of the system. Thanks for your help.
