By chance, would anyone have the steps for creating a ticket queue? I'm in the process of checking my permission level, but would like to have this information available. If it is a matter of once the access is granted, it's straight to the point...then please excuse this tread. Otherwise, please post.

What have you tried? There's a section that's called "Queues" in the admin section.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
