Is there a manual that can show me a step by step process to migrate OTRS from 2.4.4 to 2.4.7 without loosing ITSM 1.3.1 ¿?

2.4.x to 2.4.x is no migration or something. Just make sure the latest stable ITSM package is compatible to run on 2.4.7. You can see that in the .opm packages.
