Change input box size in New Customer Form

Hi

I'm looking to add some more fields to the New Customer form. I have created the new field using the example here http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Acti ... ItemID=316 but I'm not sure how to make the input box a few lines bigger so I can read all the text.
