How to Add Exceptions to Autoreply?
Is there a way to add exceptions to the auto reply notification? I'd like to be able to add specific email addresses to an exception list. So if any new emails originate from any of the email addresses I've added as an exception, OTRS will not send the automatic reply email confirming that a new ticket has been created.

Re: How to Add Exceptions to Autoreply?
You may block whom you receive ticket requests from, but Autoresponses are an all-or-nothing configuration.
On the other hand, if the ticket goes to a Queue that doesn't have an autoresponse, it won't respond. Autoresponses also won't trigger when moving to a queue, so if you create a "NoAutoResponse" Queue, apply the PostmasterFilter
Match:
From someone@email.tld
Set:
X-OTRS-Queue NoAutoResponse
and then Generic Agent or manually move the "NoAutoResponse" ticket to the appropriate Queue, that won't autorespond.
