Our otrs that was previously connected to our Windows active directory, has now been migrated to a new domain.
This means that all users have been lost.
It has been reconnected to the new domain, but no user can now login.
I was wondering if there was a way to recreate the rootuser to be able to log in and at least recreate the old users and then reassign via some liberal use of sql the active tickets to these new userids.
the existing user table is blank.....
can anyone help?

Re: Lost All users
Is there no way to talk to your original active directory (Because that's essentially what "held" your database/logins?)

Re: Lost All users
I think the biggest question is regarding the email addresses of your users. Did you change the email address of your users?

So ... can you talk to the new AD?

Re: Lost All users
If OTRS can use, more or less, the same connection to the new AD, as long as the user map is the same, I don't know that this should be a problem, unless you're using different CustomerKey or something.
