Upgrade from 1.2 to 2.4

Hello,
We're trying to upgrade an MSSQL DB from 1.2 to 2.4, but can only find the DBUpdate scripts for 2.2 and above. Does anyone know if DB update scripts exist for versions 1.3, 2.0 and 2.1? If so, where?

I've checked the ftp site and even isntalled a bunch of the older versions on test machines. All I can find are mysql or postgresql. If there on the FTP, can you point to exactly where?

I really doubt that you are running a 1.2 on MS SQL as OTRS was not supporting MS SQL in this versions.

It is. Trust me...I can read. The guy that built the system moved everything to SQL.
I guess I'll just create the tables that are missing. Thanks anyway
