Hi there,
I'm new to OTRS so please be patient with me.
Basically I have just installed 2.4.8 and have gone through ADMIN / SysConfig / Framework / Frontend - Customer Auth and entered in what I the LDAP settings but I can't get logged in using LDAP accounts.
Is there a file that contains this info that I could post on here so that someone could have a peep for me?

The wiki has a sample, as well as the docs.
To note: You would have to configure up to 4 connections to the Active Directory: Agent Authorization, Agent List, Customer Authorization, Customer List.
