Submit New Ticket Without Login
Just wondering. Can tickets be submitted without logging in? All I care to have is the person's name, they're department, and office location accompanying the ticket information. If that information isn't provided, the ticket won't get submitted. For an intranet ticket system, I really don't see the need to require a user to log in. For testing the system, once permission errors are weeded out, my partner and I are going to be inputting tickets. Neither of us really care to be logging in, and we don;t need to be tracking tickets since we'll be doing that in the back end.

Tickets can be submitted while being logged into the admin interface.
They can also be submitted via email or through a web form that creates an email.
