sort order of articles in large queue view

Hi!

I wonder if it's possible to change the sort order of articles in the queue view (when showing large view)? Not sort order of tickets but the sort order of the articles in the tickets (in large view).

The problem for us is that if you want an overview of all new tickets in the queue view you can select the large view. Then you can see the latest article as standard. But the problem with this is that the latest article shown is normally our auto reply to the customer. What I really want to see is the inquire from the customer first. Now I need an extra click on every ticket to see the relevant article.

I've looked through all kind of sort parameters by I can't find this one. I really would appreciate help on this one.
