Hi,
We are newbie with OTRS and are using version 4.2.7.
We have setup one support-group (queue) and auto reply when support request arrives via email to the support-group.
That is nice and fine that our customer get an auto answer.
But I would also like to send an email to all agents in the group when a new request is arrived to the support-group.
Is that possible... how to configure?

This would be configured in the Agent's Preferences. They will get notified if the Queue is in "My Queues" and Notifications of new tickets is "Yes".
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
