Im using charset ISO-8859-2 in OTRS 2.4.8
Everthing works fine but when i receing e-mail (as agent) about new ticket, ticket title don't have Polish characters but body of email is have it.
In agent panel, ticket tile is ok I have Polish characters , only in e-mail title is problem.
when i see source kode i Mozilla Thunderbird i have :
