Can anybody reply me to how to update the ticket which is already created in OTRS, through an Email without creating as a new ticket? If anybody knows reply me asap

the customer who replies to a ticket will update the ticket via email...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
