Ok guys, I am pretty new to Linux in general, and am trying to setup OTRS on a server here. I have Ubuntu server installed on this machine. I have installed mysql, and it appears to be working correctly to my limited knowledge. (I can input commands into sql) and i have also installed the OTRS setup. When i install it, it asks me a few configuration questions during the install, and when it gets to the prompt regarding database setup, then install fails. I have very limited knowledge of this, but it says that the install didnt work correctly. Can someone give me some pointers, or maybe show me where i could find a step by step guide to configuring this application?
