Create group that can edit Customer details

Hi

I need to create a group that only have access to create and edit customer details without giving them full admin access to the Admin section

So they need to be able to get to Customer edit navigation (currently can be found under Admin)

[ Customer Users ]
[ Customer Company ]
[ Customer Users <-> Groups ]

What I've done so far
1. Created a group called Users Admin
2. Then add this new group to Group field in

Frontend::Module###AdminCustomerUserService:
Frontend::Module###AdminCustomerUserGroup:

But they still cant get Customer edit navigation because they no longer able to see the Admin icon on the navigation.

I must have needed to do other things to enable this, could someone help please?
