otrs need reload?

hi forum.
i made some changes at sysconfig, i dont know why but they dont work, e.g. i set "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###StateDefault"
at "Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewNote" to change the state of a ticket to open if you create a note. but if i create a note the state still new.
any idea? maybe need a reload to aply the changes?

you can try to reload apache by
