We are small gov agency and have installed OTRS 2.4.7 on windows machine. It works fine. We love this product. We have changed our email to google mail. I like to forward a ticket to internal email address. I know I have a option to just move the ticket to another agent's queue but Administrator said 'No'. I looked through All ticket configuration but came up with nothing.
I configured my gmail and When I tested it through Admin Notification, it said message was sent to my gmail account.
But,I can not see the this test email in my google account.
How can I sent and receive gmail in otrs 2.4.7 in windows.

I found the problem. My Antivirus McAfee was blocking the port 465,587.
