interface in screenshots

hello. can you explain me, how can i setup interface as on screenshots.
http://otrs.org/screenshot/ (Queue View (Main Page)). i have setup 2 version, then have updated to 3. but i can not see such buttons. on screenshots there are such more.

this is the "Queue view"
you can reach this via Button "Ticket" and then "Queue view on the right side"
Furthermore you can choose in your personal setup wether to have a more detailled or brief overview over the tickets

i understand that i can reach this page via list menu. but i want to configure such menu as on screenshot. i do not know how to do it. mush i search this options in sysconfig? how can i add such buttons not lists
