Hello all,
I was wondering if it is possible to update an existing ticket via email. Can the system be setup to review emails and if see a particular subject or variables within a subject line or other places to know to update an existing ticket instead of creating a new one?

yes, this will be done via the ticket number in the Subject. Have a look at "Postmaster Mailbox" in Admin Frontend
