Need help configuring agent email notifications
I am trying to setup notifications for agents. I am trying to get an email to send to the agent that the ticket is assigned to. I have no idea where to do this from. Thanks.

notification options are in the agent's preferences for queues the agent has under "My Queues".
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
