Hello,
I have a scenario where OTRS needs to be implemented on Linux; however, it needs to be integrated with Active Directory. Can someone help me to understand how it can be done pls? I am under the impression that if the OTRS is to be implemented on Linux/Unix, one typically takes advantage of LDAP. How does one configure Linux with AD?
