SMS Alert configuration on OTRS 3.0.3

Dear House,

I need to know if it is possible to install a module that can send out Alert/Notification from OTRS to Phones.
If possible how can i install and configure OTRS 3.0.3 to do this.

So invariably, where and how can i add to the OTRS?
Presently am in Nigeria and I'd love to implement for one small-sized coy that really needs trouble ticket app.
Therefore, is there a way to look for any e-mail to SMS gateways in Nigeria to be able to do this?

Google might help, but what you're asking isn't specific to OTRS. OTRS sends notifications via email. So, if you already have a way to send SMS via computer, and can find a way to get email to do that, ...

sending the email is no problem at but it 's sending SMS to phone is where the problem lies.but since you said once am able to know the my wireless carrier all i'd need is to input this on where am meant to put the meail address in order to send sms to phone?

Pretty much, yes. Unfortunately, you only get one email adress per customer entry. If you needed to handle multiple methods, that would need to be developed.
