Create new ticket gives blank screen

Hello
When i try to create a new email ticket and press send email, i just get a blank html screen. Nothing appers in /var/log/httpd/error_log

Yeah, a few of us are getting this issue, for me it is happening on notes, and generally when there is a popup screen that OTRS brings up.
You click the submit button at the bottom of the page and the screen seems to submit, but goes blank and does not close.
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks :)

Its quite interesting that if i set the mail settings to "dontsendemail" it work, and if i set it to smtp (when i get the white screen), and try, it dosnt even try to send packets (checked with tcpdump)

If that is the case, then some email code isn't returning correctly? Causing OTRS to stop any further processing?
